Demian Jevremovic is a contemporary figurative and portrait artist living and working in Montreal, Canada, whose preferred media are graphite pencils and oil paints. Through mirrors, models or photos, his drawings and paintings reveal an interest in realism and a keen eye for details. Almost all of these are portraits of family members where he tries to capture a moment of happiness. He studied part-time at Mission: Renaissance under the tutelage of Daniel Brient, recipient of a dozen honours and awards, and, thereafter, at Atelier de Brésoles under Eric Mannella, its co-founder and recipient of a MFA cum laude from the New York Academy of Art.
